Below, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, such as your name, address, email addresses and user behaviour.

2. Automated data collection and processing by the browser

2.1 As with any website, our server automatically and temporarily collects information in the server log files that is transmitted by the browser, unless you have deactivated this. • IP address of the requesting computer
  • File request from the client
  • The HTTP response code
  • The website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL)
  • The time of the server request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used by the requesting computer

No personal evaluation of the server log files takes place. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons by the provider at any time. This data is not merged with other data sources.

2.2 This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension _anonymizeIp(). This means that IP addresses are truncated before being processed, thereby ruling out any possibility of personal identification. If the data collected about you is personally identifiable, it will be immediately excluded and the personal data will be deleted immediately.

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EUUS Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EUUSFramework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
